When asking for things I needed they had it available I did not have toilet paper but the one that was on the toilet paper holder, I had to go ask for more
The price They need to do a lot to bring their rooms up to date.
I am a regular customer with another company. I plan to switch to Marriott Rewards, as there is more value for the money. It was a quality experience.. Nothing, it was a very good experience.
Staff is friendly & helpful Cleanliness and all around aesthetic of the hotel were not as good as on my previous stays at this location. Tub & shower walls were visibly rusted and there was staining in the sink and on the sheets (it looked like a pen had leaked onto the sheets and they had washed them but failed to get all the ink out). I'm sure if I had brought this up to the staff they would have relocated me, but I was too tired to bother. Everything was clean enough, just not up to par with what I have come to expect from Courtyard and from this location in particular.
