The toilet was running all night and since I'm handicapped I couldn't fix it and finally I tried to get to stop at so I didn't get a good night's sleep it was a very loud pitch noise they weren't able to fix it till the morning I wish they would have thought it me an extra day for the inconvenience of dealing with a sound and also I told them about the phone cord does need to be repaired it makes a crackling sound I felt like I said and credit hit for yesterday because of noise was so loud I could not sleep instead the manager just told me thank you for being a plumber I also asked the manager if they can help me out because I'm heading out and I was going to stay here for additional days if he could honor the price I have four whole 9 days we did not help at all I was able to get a better price somewhere else so he lost business Ivory stay here for more than a week when you have a loyal customer you should keep him happy those customers are the ones that keep your business going I've been a manager for Walmart for many years and HEB and customer service comes first I would have credited it we're giving them a gift card or something for his inconvenience if you have any questions please call me my name is Philip area code 956 235 4580 sincerely Philip fierros
Friendly Staff There was roaches in the room. Smelled like cogarrete despite being "smoke free", useless air conditioned, wet carpet due to air conditioned malfunction, dirtty room overall. The rate should be like $30.00 bucks.
The room smell bad
Staff is friendly & helpful Cleanliness and all around aesthetic of the hotel were not as good as on my previous stays at this location. Tub & shower walls were visibly rusted and there was staining in the sink and on the sheets (it looked like a pen had leaked onto the sheets and they had washed them but failed to get all the ink out). I'm sure if I had brought this up to the staff they would have relocated me, but I was too tired to bother. Everything was clean enough, just not up to par with what I have come to expect from Courtyard and from this location in particular.
I am a regular customer with another company. I plan to switch to Marriott Rewards, as there is more value for the money. It was a quality experience.. Nothing, it was a very good experience.
Loved the good old Laredo friendly service and attentiveness and the cleanliness and luxury feel as well as the beautiful old Spanish looking architecture Black stains on the carpet in the room (113) and when you walk into the lobby from the pool there is a restroom odor but other than that everything was great and up to standard
