Nothing The sheets were dirty and they ran out of towels
The price was cheap and booking was easy through kayak Where do I even start. The rooms are listed as having a mini fridge and wifi. The room did not have a fridge and the wifi never worked. When I got to the front desk to check in the girl said that she couldn't check me in because the computer was frozen. She was waiting for some guy to come down and fix it. While I waited she started helping another guest who was asking questions about some credit card. The guy who was supposed to be fixing the computer so I can get checked in started helping that guest too. So no one was fixing the computer. Finally the computer was working and the girl didn't even bother to ask him how he fixed it so she can handle it herself next time. When I finally got to my room the door was open and when I went in it was not clean. There were no sheets on the bed and there was a box for a double sided dildo on the floor(I am not making this up). When I got to the elevator I told one of the maintenance workers what happened and he just looked at me like I was crazy. Next room I get moved to the floor above and the hallway smells like cigarette fortunately the room doesn't. Tried turning on the tv and there are no batteries in the remote so I have to call the front desk. When the maintenance guy comes up he fixes it. I told him about the wifi and he said he'll reset the router. I'm guessing he never did because the wifi still didn't work. Moral of the story you get what you pay for. The rooms are decent it's such a shame they could do so much more.
The room was dirty and the toilet didn't flush. So gross. The front staff was rude. Just awful
Loved the location and staff, very courteous and attended to the one flaw. Would stay here in the future.
Newly remodeled room. Nice wide shower. Decent water pressure. Somewhere in the wall, there was a loud dripping sound whenever shower ran upstairs. Breakfast has slipped! Quality was okay, but last year there was a very friendly chef making omelets to order. Now just prepared hot items. Sunday at 8:45AM, no fruit at all. No coffee creamer. Breakfast was a main reason for coming back here, versus one of the many, many other hotels nearby.
Everyone was friendly - the breakfast was very good the facilities were clean. I stayed two nights. When I got back to the hotel the second night, it was late, and when I opened the door, I saw that Housekeeping did not clean the room. I went down to the front desk and they gave me some towels and coffee packets for the morning.
I liked the comfort. The pillows aren't as steady and fluffy as the used to be. Not enough pillows on the bed. I had to request a room change, because ants were in our room. The irons were not operable. The first room, we had to request an iron. The replaced iron did not work. When we moved to the second room, due to ants, the iron of that room did not work. We had to end up going out to buy an iron. Room service was not good. The service took forever to show up, if they showed up. This has never happened, in my year and a half of dealing with Azure. Azure has always been responsible in the past.
We stayed in a king spa tub studio. The room was spacious, clean, stocked and all furniture was comfortable. Housekeeping observed the do not disturb sign for 2 nights and were easy to reach for anything we needed, Wendy at the front desk was a real pleasure, we were greeted with a sincere smile, a smooth fast and thorough cheek-in Thank You.
Clean and comfortable
The hotel had great decor and the room was very nice. They had great ameneties and the location was perfect. Close to everything! We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had traveling. The restroom floor was a little dirty but to be fair I'm very picky and am very particular with restrooms. We did have a problem with check in. We arrived just after midnight and they said my credit card was declined or no good. They kept saying I was giving them the wrong number and I used a different card when I reserved the room. I know what card I used. My card was fine and they accepted it. Then we ended up getting the wrong room. Two double beds and not the king we reserved. I think they had the wrong reservation . When I showed them my reservation, they fixed everything right away. I was happy with the outcome.
I was really disappointed when I first got to our hotel. My husband and I were visiting for a fun weekend away, but when we got there I wished I had picked a different hotel. It wasn't awful, but the rooms smelt funny, everything was cheaply made, and the carpets were extremely old. Our coffee maker was broken, and the hair dryer was as well. The location was AMAZING, and that's the only reason why this place has a good rating. Their website is for their sister hotel, which is beautiful and overall a much better hotel. So I thought that was misleading. I also looked at their sister hotel prices (its right next door) and they were cheaper than what we had paid for the crappier one. If you're looking for a place to sleep, this is fine. But if you want to enjoy a weekend away, find a different hotel. Oh, and good luck getting cell service in your room. And the WiFi is awful, too. Smelt funny, horrible cell service, extremely slow WiFi, broken coffee maker in room, broken hairdryer in room, really outdated and dirty looking carpet. Not a single thing made me think, "That's cool!" or "Wow, this is nice." This isn't the place to go for a weekend away, it's best if you only need to sleep overnight and that's it.

I did like his hotel everything was really nice about it parking is really easy it was super close event I was going to my only complaint would be a they charge you $50 at check in now nowhere did it say it was charging $50 for checking in I called the office and complained about it because the $50 made my account go negative. And they did absolutely nothing about it which kind of made me mad.actually I'm still waiting for the $50 back and it's been five days that if it does Credit to my account soon I will never stay here again. That's the one thing that would make me not return to this hotel. everything is nice but beware of the holding fee.
My stay here was great. I have stayed at ALoft, just up the street a few time and after a few poor experiences I decided to stay at Ontario Airport Hotel. The staff was amazing and very accessible. The room was very clean and the location is perfect. The shuttle service that will take you around town for free was also a huge plus. This is where I will always stay from now on.
Great shower, comfortable bed and pillows, good temperature plenty of towels, big towels, huge closet, big room Room smelled like mildew, there was no chair at the desk in our room, there was a long hair in our sheets, there was a bug in between our pillows
Kayaks rate was close to what this Radisson was worth. I was very disappointed in this Radisson. They hallways smelled of mildew and there was black mold in my bathroom. Seems like this would be something that would be checked before assigning it to someone.
The staff was great! They were very helpful, attentive, and had great customer service. I liked that we got switched to a room close to a door on the first floor. my girlfriend has MS, so a long walk and stairs were too much for her at the end of the day. Unfortunately,there were some things that caught my attention. First off when my girlfriend and I were going to goto sleep. The sheets were stained, we called to see if they can send house keeping or switch our rooms. We chose to just have house keeping come, since we were all the way at the end of the hotel and didn't want to walk to the desk. She has MS and at the end of the day her legs aren't very strong, so the walk would of been a struggle for her. It took about 30 mins for house keeping to come and change the sheets. I also noticed that the doors had patches of different colored paint, rust in the basket in the tub and the mirror was cracked on the closet. Also, went to get water from the machines. The signs said the was a vending machine by the corner, but there were none there. Ended up walking all the way to the lobby, surprised the hotel didn't have a little store by the front desk like other hotels.
