I liked everything about it, the room was great! it was clean and had wood floors. The staff helped us get a room accommodated when hotels.com messed up our reservation.
Didn't have microwave or fridge like my last stay
The price was cheap and booking was easy through kayak Where do I even start. The rooms are listed as having a mini fridge and wifi. The room did not have a fridge and the wifi never worked. When I got to the front desk to check in the girl said that she couldn't check me in because the computer was frozen. She was waiting for some guy to come down and fix it. While I waited she started helping another guest who was asking questions about some credit card. The guy who was supposed to be fixing the computer so I can get checked in started helping that guest too. So no one was fixing the computer. Finally the computer was working and the girl didn't even bother to ask him how he fixed it so she can handle it herself next time. When I finally got to my room the door was open and when I went in it was not clean. There were no sheets on the bed and there was a box for a double sided dildo on the floor(I am not making this up). When I got to the elevator I told one of the maintenance workers what happened and he just looked at me like I was crazy. Next room I get moved to the floor above and the hallway smells like cigarette fortunately the room doesn't. Tried turning on the tv and there are no batteries in the remote so I have to call the front desk. When the maintenance guy comes up he fixes it. I told him about the wifi and he said he'll reset the router. I'm guessing he never did because the wifi still didn't work. Moral of the story you get what you pay for. The rooms are decent it's such a shame they could do so much more.
The room was dirty and the toilet didn't flush. So gross. The front staff was rude. Just awful
I liked the location The continental breakfast was a joke, room was super dirty. There was hair all over the sheets that didn't belong to me. The fans have never been dusted, looks like someone spilled something all over bed and down bed skirt. No water bottles anywhere.
Location The hotel is very disorganized from the moment you arrive you can tell from the front desk chaos, something is very wrong here. It is very dirty and unmaintained. I'd stayed at motel 6 better then this. I even got over charged for my stay by $100 extra. Worst worst experience
Loved the location and staff, very courteous and attended to the one flaw. Would stay here in the future.
nice and quiet
Newly remodeled room. Nice wide shower. Decent water pressure. Somewhere in the wall, there was a loud dripping sound whenever shower ran upstairs. Breakfast has slipped! Quality was okay, but last year there was a very friendly chef making omelets to order. Now just prepared hot items. Sunday at 8:45AM, no fruit at all. No coffee creamer. Breakfast was a main reason for coming back here, versus one of the many, many other hotels nearby.
good location, room was always clean, quiet, plenty of venues for food and entertainment around. would definitely stay again. only headache was Sunday morning breakfast, had soft ball teams eating before checking out causing a backup at breakfast line. staff handled it amazingly well though.
Everyone was friendly - the breakfast was very good the facilities were clean. I stayed two nights. When I got back to the hotel the second night, it was late, and when I opened the door, I saw that Housekeeping did not clean the room. I went down to the front desk and they gave me some towels and coffee packets for the morning.
The hotel was very clean, the service was great and complimentary full breakfast was yummy. The breakfast chef was extra kind.
Nice rooms Breakfast was a little lacking
nada Made reservation for two nights. Called the front desk during the morning of my arrival date. Told front desk that I would be checking in late. Front desk said no problem. Front desk proudly said, "We do not cancel reservations!" I went to a gathering with friends. I had a midnight snack and enjoyed the food. I was in no rush, as my room at the Azure was waiting for me. I walked to the front desk, and the time was about 2:45 a.m. This was now into my first night stay, which was paid. I talk to Graveyard Roy, give him my id card, and tell him that I have a room, reservation for two nights. Roy told me that he completed an audit at 2:30 a.m, and that he cancelled my reservation, because I had not checked in. Graveyard Roy cancelled both nights! It had only been 15 minutes since Roy cancelled my room(s), so I simply asked Graveyard Roy to check me in, using the reservation he just cancelled. Graveyard Roy started pushing computer keyboard keys, clicking mice, and kept looking from one computer monitor to another. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and thought maybe Roy was helping the nearby air traffic control tower, and landing jets. Nope. Graveyard Roy was lost! I heard the GPS navigation system in Roy's head continually say, "Re-Routing". I saw Roy scrambling, and heard him say aloud, "Lets see, lets see, lets see...." I had to finally leave the poor guy alone, and I walked away and out. The whole time hearing keyboard keys a clacking and mice a clicking. Pop Quiz,..Why does Roy hold a position on the Graveyard shift? Answer in the form of a question. Bye.
I loved everything about the hotel !
I liked the comfort. The pillows aren't as steady and fluffy as the used to be. Not enough pillows on the bed. I had to request a room change, because ants were in our room. The irons were not operable. The first room, we had to request an iron. The replaced iron did not work. When we moved to the second room, due to ants, the iron of that room did not work. We had to end up going out to buy an iron. Room service was not good. The service took forever to show up, if they showed up. This has never happened, in my year and a half of dealing with Azure. Azure has always been responsible in the past.

The Ayres hotels are an excellent value for your money. There is nothing NOT to like at this hotel.
The hotel had great decor and the room was very nice. They had great ameneties and the location was perfect. Close to everything! We enjoyed our stay very much. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we've ever had traveling. The restroom floor was a little dirty but to be fair I'm very picky and am very particular with restrooms. We did have a problem with check in. We arrived just after midnight and they said my credit card was declined or no good. They kept saying I was giving them the wrong number and I used a different card when I reserved the room. I know what card I used. My card was fine and they accepted it. Then we ended up getting the wrong room. Two double beds and not the king we reserved. I think they had the wrong reservation . When I showed them my reservation, they fixed everything right away. I was happy with the outcome.
Staff was friendly Lounge, bar, and piano area were relaxing. Carpeting in the outer halls. The room door had foot prints and scuff marks.
I did like his hotel everything was really nice about it parking is really easy it was super close event I was going to my only complaint would be a they charge you $50 at check in now nowhere did it say it was charging $50 for checking in I called the office and complained about it because the $50 made my account go negative. And they did absolutely nothing about it which kind of made me mad.actually I'm still waiting for the $50 back and it's been five days that if it does Credit to my account soon I will never stay here again. That's the one thing that would make me not return to this hotel. everything is nice but beware of the holding fee.
I had made reservations for a double bed and when I got there they only had a king size bed
My stay here was great. I have stayed at ALoft, just up the street a few time and after a few poor experiences I decided to stay at Ontario Airport Hotel. The staff was amazing and very accessible. The room was very clean and the location is perfect. The shuttle service that will take you around town for free was also a huge plus. This is where I will always stay from now on.
The staff was great! They were very helpful, attentive, and had great customer service. I liked that we got switched to a room close to a door on the first floor. my girlfriend has MS, so a long walk and stairs were too much for her at the end of the day. Unfortunately,there were some things that caught my attention. First off when my girlfriend and I were going to goto sleep. The sheets were stained, we called to see if they can send house keeping or switch our rooms. We chose to just have house keeping come, since we were all the way at the end of the hotel and didn't want to walk to the desk. She has MS and at the end of the day her legs aren't very strong, so the walk would of been a struggle for her. It took about 30 mins for house keeping to come and change the sheets. I also noticed that the doors had patches of different colored paint, rust in the basket in the tub and the mirror was cracked on the closet. Also, went to get water from the machines. The signs said the was a vending machine by the corner, but there were none there. Ended up walking all the way to the lobby, surprised the hotel didn't have a little store by the front desk like other hotels.
The breakfast was great! Good location for the Fontana Races Things were held together with tape, we expected the planes but didn't know there would be a couple trains that went by late at night.

Kayaks rate was close to what this Radisson was worth. I was very disappointed in this Radisson. They hallways smelled of mildew and there was black mold in my bathroom. Seems like this would be something that would be checked before assigning it to someone.
