The staff was very courteous. Victoria was great!
Staff was friendly and room was clean. Breakfast was better than expected. Not a fan of exterior corridors, but was not an annoyance. There was a person outside begging for money as soon as we arrived. This was not a great start and made us uncomfortable.
Room was clean, and well stocked with towels and face cloths. Reception area was spotless and the staff was friendly. Would stay again if I was in the area.
Convenient location. Motel (outdoor entrence) setup. Room size.
Staff friendly. Cleanliness was bad
Very clean rooms, pleasant staff N/A
nothing Please know that booking early and having a confirmation number is meaningless when you have a problem with these companies. I booked a NON-SMOKING room at this place 5 days before checking in. After a looong drive from Fla, I was eager to check in. When I got to the desk, one of the clerks was complaining about her job and shift hrs. Then she told me they only had a SMOKING room for us. While she was checking with the manager, 3 other people walked in and got keys to their rooms even though they said there was no non-smoking room for us. The 2 clerks blamed me for using Kayak/Get a Room instead of calling them directly. They also avoided responsibility by blaming Kayak for booking a room that wasn't available. They offered no options except to take the stinky room, get a refund for my payment or to go to a higher priced motel. I called Get a Room and they handed me off to Chana, a supv. He said since I was refusing the stinky room, his company was not responsible. I told him I booked and paid for a NON-SMOKING room and that is what I expected but it didn't matter to him. If we went to another motel and had to pay more, he said his policies and procedures would not cover the price difference even though we were the victims of this mistake Kayak and the motel caused. I was dismayed that both the motel and Kayak/GetaRoom were so eager to avoid responsibility for the problem they caused. I won't be spending $$ at this motel and Get a Room again and hope you consider the same thing unless they develop more traveler-oriented policies.
Employees were very friendly AC in room needs to be repair. Only one air volume speed ( low). I would not remove the humidity in the room. Also the room had a mold smell
Great price for great quality. Very comfortable and the hotel staff was wonderful. We wish that the beds were a little softer and that the breakfast had been open a little later.
Location was great. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. The lock on the door was broken and the room was very crowded.
The staff was very nice and friendly. It's just an old, 60's style two story row type building no different than a motel 8. Everything about the place says, "this place should not cost me more than 60 bucks, tops." I felt the pictures I saw in the ad did not disclose the true age of the place. When I tried to take my shower there was no hot water. Old things break.
Staff were great. Room was very nice and clean Noise from other rooms.
The restaurant was nice the room service was pretty good. I also love the fact that their towels and bedding didn't have a burnt dryer smell I would have enjoyed the stay a little more if they didn't have such thin wall. I could hear everything in the hallway. They also do very early clean up. Who knocks on the door to clean at 9am?? Even if I had put the do not disturb sign I would have been disturbed by the knocking next door or across the hall.
The staff was courteous, and in general, helpful I missplaced my drivers license, and even though i had paid online, the front staff desk manager would not allow me to check in. I offered my business cards, to show my photo and information on my company's website, but to no avail. I finally found my driver license, so was able to stay at the hotel, but i would otherwise would have gone through a lot of hassle to find another hotel. Also the pool closed at 9:30, just when i was ready to use it, nd didn't open again till 9:30am, too late for me to use it.
Overall we got a good deal on a hotel that is ideally located off 95. Courteous staff and comfortable beds. Older building/bathrooms. Overall very positive experience, we would stay there again.
Clean, big room, checkin and checkout was easy. A door separating the shower & toilet from the sink area did not close (we were there with kids). Parking was scarce.
The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. However, I asked for a quiet room. I was put away from elevators in the back of the building. I could hear noise from the power she'd housing the air conditioner. No magnifying mirror in bathroom Noise from the power shed.
Staff very friendly and helpful
Super friendly staff. Very clean. Very comfortable.

Pillows were a bit small.
CLEANLINESS AND STAFF
The bed was awesome and slept well. I didn't like that the plates and glassware were not located in the room and had to be accessed at the front desk.
The room was clean and quiet Shower head missing from shower Only one TV remote in room
spacious clean room Breakfast wasn't good.
Large room in a good location. The phone didn't work, local or long distance. I had no cell service there, but in Internet worked. The knob that switched the tub to a shower. It's been a long time since I took a bath. No coffee at 8:00 am for breakfast, they had run out.
location, it was clean would have like a little more variety for the gab and go breakfast

Staff was pleasant Took a very long time to check in. No double rooms. Was charged twice for the room and had to call and get refunded.
I loved the cleanliness, space and most of all the full kitchen and separate sleeping quarters! There was nothing I did not like. The location was outstanding and my expectations was over met. I plan to stay here again many more visits to Fayetteville.
Good staff, clean hotel that was well kept with room extras like coffee pot in room, Microwave, refrigerator. the breakfast was good with good seating and good selection.
When my wife and I checked in on the 27th, we were given room 410, nice and clean but guess what? The AC did not work. The two charming front desk women, stepped up and moved us to room 123, where the AC worked, thank goodness. Just that the AC did not work in the first room and the inconvenience of have to pack up our 'stuff', prior to relocating to the room on the first floor.
The room looks very inviting and cozy. Enjoy having a refrigerator in the room. Nine
yes it was amazing no. my boyfriend and I loved it
Staff - Clean room and bathroom - nice size room - location The towels - too rough too hard
The people. Lovely woman at front desk when I came in and she was there the next morning. She had a lovely gentleman help me with computer problems. Breakfast was great.
Front desk staff. Cleanliness and amenities of the entrance area and room. Complimentary breakfast and eating area. No.
The public places were in very good condition. The lobby and breakfast areas looked nice. Breakfast was excellent! The shower curtain was previously knocked off the wall. One of the hinges was reinstalled lopsided (~2 inches) causing the shower curtain to constantly move and water to fall on the bathroom floor.
Very friendly, helpful staff from the front desk to housekeeping. They kept their wits dealing with a hurricane. The room was very spacious and clean. We were glad to have refrigerator and microwave during hurricane. Bed was vey comfortable. The toaster at breakfast did not work at all and the juice machine was not working.
It was a great hotel! Everyone was nice, it was very clean, and the finishes were up to date. Great breakfast! Wonderful water pressure in shower! Beds were too hard. This made it hard to get comfy and fall asleep. Refrigerator also made an annoying buzzing sound which didn't help!
Great customer service, clean room and wonderful breakfast. If you have to be in the crappy city of Fayetville for any reason, stay here. It will make the experience less painful. Confusing at first to find but no problems after.
Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and located near many shopping centers and one mall. Also a variety of restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend staying. No
Very spacious rooms. The area was a little sketchy, but everyone was friendly.
Staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area
a pretty decent older good value hotel. You don't stay here for all the flash and stuff and the rooms are a little bit older but in general they were very clean the staff was very nice and is an overall good location I would recommend this hotel as a good value hotel in Fayetteville
The breakfast in the morning was great for what you pay to stay . The staff was excellent and polite ! They helped me at every chance available very quickly and effectively. Answered all of my questions when I had them overall great time The key card sliders are a bit out dated and sometimes require a couple extra slides
The rooms were pretty decent. The breakfast was ok....the staff was very friendly and the room was really spacious. For a family traveling on a budget we had a great time. The furniture was a little outdated.
I've had the free continental breakfasts at other hotels and they were MUCH better. At Fort Bragg Quality Inn the selection is poor and the room to eat it in is too small and dirty, and generally unappealing to eat in.
The room seemed clean, and the location was kind of hidden (in a good way) off a main road-- very quiet considering its proximity to I-95. The entire hotel, and particularly our room, had a mildew/cigarette smell. Everything just seemed damp and worn out. Also, hotel decor is usually not great, but this hotel had some of the ugliest carpeting and bathrooms I've ever seen.
Staff friendly and helpful! Hotel showing use/wear, but still ok.
