Schwimmbad und Gym o.k. Zimmer klein, waren leider im Südtower untergebracht.
Top Lage in Vancouver Downtown.
The staff was incredibly professional with wonderful attitudes.
This hotel was nice We had a good time there our negative has to be that we came back with bedbugs. This were found two days later. My wife killed one and had been bitten on her arms and neck area
Staff were very helpful Expensive.
The restaurant at Four Seasons had a delicious breakfast and the bed was super comfortable! The hotel feels a little old and worn down rather than luxurious, the gym is small, hot-tub was luke warm with no jet power, pool looks nice but it's small and shallow and there were silverfish in the sauna. On top of this I had some thing happen to me personally that didn't make it a great experience overall (things like the cleaning staff didn't come any day I was there).
Called 3 times to try to stop and retrieve a phone charger. Put on hold for too long, name, phone number and email taken. Promises to get back. no follow through 3 times. finally just bought a new charger before my next stop. You would think that a 5 stare $400/night would have a system for collecting, marking and storing items left in rooms.
I arrived at 2.0 pm and asked for my room, but it wasn't ready until 4.0pm. I reserved a deluxe suite with downtown view, but I got one with a swimming pool view. It was a bit challenging to get my room.
Hotel is walking distance from Granville Island, Stanley Park, and the Aquarium. Close to great restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant is excellent.
Unbelievably attentive staff and attention to detail.
The empire landmark has good prices for a decent hotel. The staff is friendly and there is a cool restaurant on the top floor. Rooms are nice and clean. The issues with this hotel are as follower: you must pay for everything (parking, Internet, ect) & the location is a bit far from the main strip so if you plan to go to clubs and bars prepare yourself to walk slightly farther then you would like.
location, big room kids need pay to eat breakfast I booked room with double beds, but I to pay for upgrade from single to queen bed
Location The front desk clerk, a younger man, was as cold as ice upon our arrival. The hotel staff wanted to check our bathroom to ensure we were telling the truth that we didn't get hand towels and the man who delivered a space heater to our room because the heat was apparently turned off for the summer left our room smelling horrible due to his poor hygiene. Would not recommend...keep looking and stay elsewhere If you can!
Loved the location and the air conditioning Hotel was more on the clean side, but needs an upgrade. Lots of cracks and old spots. Super small room and you had to pay extra for parking. Not worth the amount of money I paid.
Location Your view tower on top
The location the mattress... very uncomfortable.. felt old and lumpy
Stayed while running the BMO Marathon. Walking distance to downtown, Granville Island and skytrain. Lots of good restaurants on Robson. Clean, quiet room. Partial view of water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great experience will stay there again.
I reserved a room with a queen bed and we were given a room with two double beds. Staff at front desk were abrupt and unfriendly. Free internet in the lobby was weak. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable.
This was a great location for dining and shopping. Also very close to many activities downtown. Felt nickel and dimed here. Local call charges were $1.05 per call. Mattresses were very uncomfortable, obviously not upgraded in many years. The rooms themselves had not been updated in a very long time either. Holes in the drapes, peeling wallpaper and dingy carpets. Just not up to par for hotels I've stayed at in Vancouver before and way more pricey.
Everything but the beds. Staff was super helpful. The cleaning person was very nice to us. The views were amazing!!! And it was a very central location The beds were a little old and uncomfortable.
Top floor restaurant had great view of city, apparently it doesn't rotate for breakfast but that's ok. Good location. Some restaurants within walking distance. Overall the hotel seemed dated, restaurant "couches" had wear spots, scratches in tables, gave one a feeling of a worn out place. Maybe 20 years ago it was high end, but not now. Parking access gate gave you very little time to get in before closing, it almost hit my car coming down. You have to get out of your car to press a button to open it, seems like a better system could be installed.
Great value for the location and amenities. Wonderful restaurants and shops nearby and good view of downtown. Not close to metro and weak AC left the room hot during the day.
Nichts spezielles.
Sehe gut gelegen, gute preis leistung, hilfsbereites personal, grosses zimmer Leider kein gratis wifi im zimmer, dafür schnelles in der lobby
