It was a great location, for being downtown. The lobby had a nice classy feel. Staff was very friendly. The room wasn't as updated as we expected it to be. The breakfast we had to pay for wasn't anything special, and parking was an expensive addition to the cost to stay there.

Loved the history of the hotel. Everyone that worked there was fantastic. The only thing I could say is the shower I had was not the best it made a mess in the bathroom. And the tub did not drain. But other then that the room was fantastic.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to go out of their way to ensure my staff was comfortable. As an out of Towner it was difficult to figure out where to park, how to get to the hotel parking, and how to get out of the parking lot. Parts of the parking lot were too small for my SUV to fit through which made it difficult to get in and out.
Lobby Employee at check-in was impolite and unpleasant. Bathtub was filthy, so much so that I didn't want my children to bathe in it.
Nice looking hotel , unfortunately under construction and by 7 am the noise was obtrusive.
The location of the hotel is awesome it is right near everything. The outside of hotel and lobby area are beautiful. Well the rooms kind of suck. I mean it looks like they spent all the money in the lobby. Room was plain- nothing that isnt in a super 8 motel. Even the blinds for the window was this old rustic wood panel that had a up & down draw string.
Location Parking fee
The view was amazing I don't remember reading that parking would be $20. Also, I paid extra for the room with a view and the windows were so dirty!
Location was right in the middle of town. Walkable to all the shops and restautants. Plus very central location for doing side trips. The bathroom size was terrible. It was the smallest bathroom I've ever had, especially for a relatively higher end hotel. You could barely take a shower without hitting your elbow on something. And you couldn't open the door without hitting the toilet.
This hotel charges $18 a day to self park. I definitely will not be back after paying that outrageous fee.
Our room, brunch, access, and swimming pool were great. The staff (primarily check in counter) was not friendly, and seemed like I was interrupting something important. Was in an elevator with other staff while they yelled into their phone about something with what they were doing. Really diminished the experience between these two things. The Broadmoor really makes you feel like a valued guest when you are there.
The landscape and the view from the room. Too many noisy service cars going around early in the morning.
Very nice rooms and the recreation area was wonderful too! Good place to take your family and friends. Loved the spa, lake, golf course and pool! The food was ok but quite high priced for salad bar. Would have been nice to have a place to get a hamburger. Would also have been nice to have a place to get a newspaper or magazine without having to go to the mall.
Convenient to most attractions. Felt the price was too high. We were put off on the end far from most resort amenities. There were no King Beds available although the parking lot was relatively empty.
View, room comfort, immenities.
Atmosphere, friendly staff, clean rooms, private retreat feel.
Awesome location golf course with a backdrop of the Rocky Mountains! Being fall with the tree changing colors it was especially beautiful. Near everything ; Broadmoor Arena, Seven Falls, Cog train to Pikes Peak, the charming town of Manitu Springs, Garden of the Gods, hiking, golf, tennis, and Caverns. We were their for our anniversary and the staff surprised us with champagne and a fruit/cheese plate! It make quite an impression. Staff very friendly and thoughtful much better then Brown Palace. Everything was clean and cared for overall. Being a tub girl the bathroom was not an luxurious as I would have liked.
Service and food were good in the lounge (once the server finally showed up). My room key did not work when I tried to get in my room. Coffee was not in my room. THe ability to check out on the TV did not work.
Everything about the room was excellent including the staff and the view was breathtaking. Close to restaurants and attractions. I will certainly use this facility again in the future.
The staff was friendly and hardworking. The free breakfast was pretty good relative to other similar hotels. The room was nasty. The toilet looked like it was about to fall through the floor, the shower was moldy, the room smelled like urine, and the elevators smelled like mothballs.
i had a great experience with This hotel. It wasn't 5 star, but the service was good and it was just enough :) I could hear a lot of screaming from the pool but that's just of where my room was
Needs more luggage dollies. Needs some updates. Needs better breakfast with real eggs, biscuits and gravy and better saussge.
staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. It's not the Ritz of course, but for the money, it was an excellent value. The breakfast was basic, but good, the room was clean and spacious, location was perfect. I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again. They only had small travel size pillows on the bed, but to be fair, I didn't ask for another, maybe they have full size pillows on request.
Clean room. Clean towels. Quiet. Dated interior. Looks like hasn't been updated since the 90s
The room was dark barely any light at all I was locked out for almost 45 minutes because the person behind the counter wasn't at his desk like he was supposed to be. I called they never answered so I had to call a different quality Inn in Boulder in order to get a hold of somebody so that they could try to contact the front desk so that I was able to get into my room
At check in the staff were very friendly and accommodated our early arrival. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, our sheets were dirty and stained on both beds, when we requested extra linens they brought them to the door; did not offer to remake beds or apologize. The bathroom had mold growing in the shower and under the sink where we found roaches crawling around in the morning. Our toilet broke in the morning and the maintenance man told us not to use so much toilet paper, when it had not even been used yet. there was a bad smell that lingered in the room and the air conditioner was not consistent; blew hot air then freezing air then hot air again. The pool area was not well monitored and there were multiple people smoking and carrying on until late into the night when the pool was supposed to close at 10 pm. All in all we were very disappointed in what we paid and the quality of the hotel. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
I smoke, there was no area to do this where there was not alot of people, a area could be made in the back area. I ate cold sausage gravey and rolls, that was gross bad. the rest of the breakfast nedds to be away from the waffle makers. thay take forever and the lane is stuck wainting for them, i stood in line a long time, also the food room does not have enough tables, for sat and sun am.
I liked the workers - very polite and capable Building was old and it showed
The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. When our first room was unacceptable they moved us to another room that was clean enough to get through the night. When we checked into our first room it looked like it had not been cleaned well. We pulled out the sofa bed and there was trash all over and the sheets had not been changed. Breakfast is free but you had better use your discount and go to the Village Inn next door.
The room and beds where very nice and it could not have been more convenient to restaurants and other necessities. The staff was great and I will stay there again. I did not find it sooner
Great value. Nothing comes to mind.
The front desk was extremely friendly and very kind. Also our room and the service was wonderful. The fact that we were there for a helicopter ride and your website said the shuttle would take us to the airport and when we got there they said it was too far. Also the bar tender kept forgetting our drinks.
I liked the location and the hotel was very nice.I will stay there again if i go back. We were not able to get a king size bed. I guess there were not enough in the motel.
Great room, good price and delicious cookies at the desk.
We enjoyed the happy hour and the pool while we were here and liked the size and layout of our room. Check-in was easy as well without issues. We experienced a very uncomfortable security issue because of other adult guests while at the pool. The hotel was slow to react to our concerns and did not offer us any compensation. The safety of my children is paramount, so we will never stay here again.
Staff was great after kayak.com/hotels.com screwed up my reservation My reservation was never made but kayak charged me.
Room was clean and beds were comfortable
Location Price Bad WIFI connection Uncleaned hallways Small breakfast area Small common space in lobby
This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and helped us alot. The rooms are spacious and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Only things I didn't like were the parking lot. There are a couple obstacles to climb over, and there Is no elevator.
Breakfast was good and fresh each day. All the rooms were supposed to have been remodeled by the time we got there. I guess they had been booked in the room we had so only half the hotel was finished. Was a bit disappointed, but the rooms were nice
Everything was fine. Some reviews said it wasn't very clean or the bathroom not good, but it was all pretty standard.
