We checked in around 7pm. And the room had but been base up at. Just left as the last guest left it, dirty towels on the floor, dirty glasses, unmade bed etc. I informed staff, just asking them to make up the room while we went for dinner, since we just checked in and obviously wasn't done. So we come back from dinner and they literally didn't do anything more than make the bed. Left the dirty towels, didn't give us new shampoo, which was completely gone, by the way. Have used water bottles. It was late, so I just delt with it. But really poor service!

The water pressure was horrible in the shower, and our bed was not comfortable at all
I enjoy the comfortable, clean rooms, easy access to the casino too!
When we arrived, we waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged. There was no apology made for slow service. The two women were taking care of one man and didnt even look in our direction. Once we were helped, it took them another 30 minutes to find our reservation. They were relatively rude and seemed put out by our stay. I will never stay there again.
The staff were very friendly and the facility was beautiful. I recommend spending some time in the great hall area to take in the beautiful space.
I thought it the property would be a little more upscale like other Curio properties I’ve stay with. Also, I chose this hotel partly because of a particular piece of equipment in the fitness center. The equipment was broken unfortunately, but also looked like it hadn’t been wiped down or cleaned ever.
