That it was close to the consulate Everything staff was rude, they had bed bugs.Staff wanted to hook up with customers there when they traveled alone. 6/6/15
Nothing, bad service. Nothing, bad service.
It's location is the best. It was close to everything. I felt very safe. The staff was very friendly. Very inexpensive. Great value for my money. Very few amenities. I had to open the window because the AC was not turned on. But it was great for the price.
Very unclean, beds very uncomfortable, no hot water, beds were stinking and not clean with some ugly liquid spoiled over the sheds. This is my last time I will visit this hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility was very nice and comfortable. Safe parking lot as well and safe property. Access to the hotel is a little difficult as the streets to cross are very high traffic areas without proper signals or traffic control.
It's close to the consulado In internet show a picture of the room and we you're see the room is smaller that's disapointed
It was walking distance from all my appointments. Unfriendly staff, our reservation was at 3pm and we didn't get check in until close to 5pm. Breakfast was terrible. Rooms were to small.
Clean, good breakfast, staff overall everything is pretty good Is just 1 washer and dryer, Internet is bad
I have to travel to Juarez Mexico for business purposes.I stayed for 9 days and the service was excellent staff and people there are very nice. They have delicious breakfast which is included. Most of the customers where there for similar reason so we share experiences and I left leaving great friends there. I will definitely come back and choose same hotel again. I didn't like WiFi. I couldn't access to my tablet no Internet access and the only computer you can use is old. I think if they provide better Internet connection would be really nice and ppl would feel 1000 % satisfied.
Friendliness, & made me feel welcomeN N/A
I highly recommend this hotel because the staff is super polite and courteous. Our hotel room was clean and its location is great; its walking distance from the american consulate, restaurants, and a shopping mall. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at microtel. Our room smelled funky, the breakfast was OK, I paid close to $400 dollars not pesos but dollars for 5 days. Which I thought was a little steep.
Clean, is within walking distance to everything you need if your going to consulate Breakfast could be better
This was false advertised as being in America and I didn't stay there because I had to rebook a hotel that was in AMERICA. I want my money back. It's not in El Paso which is what I typed in. Beware.
Bed was very comfortable, and overall room was very clean. Great presentation. We ordered room-service and the food was outstanding! The bellboys were awesome, very helpful and friendly (can't say the same about the rest of the staff) The gardens and pool are beautiful, clean, and family friendly. Jacuzzi was cold, had to ask for it to be turned on however after about an hour it was only a bit warm. Also having to leave an ID to borrow towels for the pool/Jacuzzi I thought was odd and felt a sense of distrust from the hotel. The vent in the restroom was not working, I mention this to the cleaning lady and she said simply that there was no air available in the restroom. The staff was courteous but not as friendly as I would expect, I have previously stayed in Hotel Maria Bonita and the staff there was much friendlier, no matter where we turned all the staff would say hello and asked if they could be of assistance. In Lucerna we had to ask for any help, some of the staff didn't even acknowledge our presence.
excellent buffet staff is very friendly and accommodating , room quality is outstanding very clean. the buffet is billed separately it is not included with most reservations not a big deal onsite it was 234 pesos
