Well, the pool was fun. Breakfast was good. We weren't given the room we booked, partially our mistake, but they just didn't care and said too bad. So with an infant that needed his own room, we were told they don't even have the 2 room suite we saw the floor plan of online. Apparently it was a different days inn? They offered nothing as compensation. The room we split into 2ish rooms, or was freezing, one boiling hot. Some lady knocked on our door at 10 p.m., waking us up, and then just said "sorry wrong room". It was very noisy in our room. The person on the front desk that I dealt with was atrocious. Should never have been hired in my opinion. Overall, we won't be going back. Nt worth the money in any way.
Decent location. GREAT made to order breakfast. Nice staff. Pet friendly. Small but adequately appointed room with single queen bed. 1st floor room. Place smelled of must and mildew. Mold/mildew problem bad enough that I had an instant allergic reaction - nose was stuffed up within minutes of entering the room and all night until I left. Bathroom fan did not work either.
It was quite this time, less people. The pool was the quietest and cleanest it has ever been, there is a lady who teaches swim lessons and yells loudly and let's the kids scream. She was not there this week and next so it was very nice to not have to deal with that. When I asked if the swimming lessons were occurring the desk staff had no idea of what this lady's schedule was, and why I would even care. When I stated it was loud and I didn't exactly enjoy being in the middle of the lessons and getting glared at when attempting to use the amenities, they defended this lady and ignored my requests to know when the lessons would be. The smaller rooms are dimly lit, room 106 is very loud, slamming doors, opening doors, etc.
The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. The breakfast was good and fresh. The outside of the hotel gives a worse impression than the interior deserves. The wifi was also pretty slow but it usually is at hotels.
Hotel room was clean, for the price was expecting a little less.Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.
location and trip to airport No hot water--- Took 13 min. to get some warm water had a pailn to catch could not wait. refer was so noisy I had to unplug it.. Noisy heat pump ( heater) Did not get much sleep
King bed was comfortable. Coffee was weak and cold.
Chose the WHI because it was reasonably priced, and was pleasantly surprised with the amenities. Well appointed. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast in the AM. A nice addition to my short stay in Bozeman. Wish it was a bit closer to downtown Some of the lamps had been unplugged when I arrived and the outlets were difficult to access (e.g., one was behind the bed, which needed to be pulled out from the wall).
Really like the steam room, one of the reasons we stay there when we go to Bozeman. They also have a tanning bed that is opened all day. The rooms could use a little update but they did allow our black lab which was nice. The breakfast could be better, waffle mix is behind the counter and the eggs and bacon aren't the greatest. Overall it's a good hotel and would recommend it if for the price. Would be great for a place to stay after skiing for the steam room and hot tube and if you have a dog.
Really would have liked bathrobes in the room.
The rooms were nice and very new. Ours had a mini fridge and microwave, which was great. The staff didn't seem very attentive and frequently weren't around at the counter. Also, the cookies are great but if there aren't any left, the box should be removed so it's not a sad reminder!
The staff is great. Very friendly and willing to help out. One went out of her way write up a list of places to visit and recommendations for dining. Breakfast was quite good. Not much. Would suggest more towel hangers in the bathroom.
Nothing Dad and I went out to get items from vehicle at 11 pm. Ten rooms down, in 293 there were 13 shady looking druggies dealing meth. When confronted they bugged out like cockroaches. Front desk said it happens a lot. Did not feel safe after seeing this.
The room was great. The only thing missing was a complimentary breakfast!
