Had a pool and hot tub, friendly staff, price, worked with our late check in, quiet. It looked as those someone slept on the sheets before us, and the hot tub was a darker yellow color probly because of improper chemical treatment is my guess still made me uncomfortable tho. Pillows were awful, the bed was comfortable tho. No fridge for our left over food.
Coni the manager was an excellent host for the conference that we attended; despite power outages, etc free ice machine close to my room. I would like to return to the Radisson Billings and stay in the Executive Suite; as intended, comped. the teenagers/young adults who managed the front desk lack professional training and the one who booked my room placed me in the wrong room. due to the technical issues with the electricity: I was never able to get the room that I paid for on hotels.com I spent $124 a night for the Executive Suite Atrium - double queen for THREE nights and NEVER was able to sleep in the room I paid for. After an eight hour day in a conference, I wanted to relax; but, instead I was on talking with hotels.com who would "call the Radisson" to try and resolve my issue. I spent three days in the far most room possible from the atrium. the door would jam every time one of us would use our keys. the room was dirty. there were suspicious looking teenagers and wanderers in the halls at all times of day. the room wasnt even worth $100 a night. The fixtures, carpeting and walls in the hallways were dirty, waving, or stained. there are light bulbs out. dead trees at every area in the parking lot. There are a lot of shananigans going on, in the back of the hotel with the some of the workers and/or people affiliated with workers (who shouldnt even be there). My back and neck still hurt from 4 people being crammed in the smallest/worst room in the place.
very clean and located in center of town easy location parking is a little tight
Beds were clean and comfortable. Shower and Bathroom were amazing. Price was decent. Had a billing error but it was promptly fixed. Location and Parking is strange. Restaurants are limited until you drive a mile down the road. Everything seems to close early.
Included breakfast at Stella's is awesome.
Like? It was way over priced, as a small modest budget hotel room....down town next to the "rough part of town"....with our ground floor window right on the busy street level, immediately on the sidewalk.... Noisy. Room 107. Oh well. Live and learn. Above....
the room was very clean and the grounds were well maintained. pretty flowers on the grounds and on the railings in window boxes. great breakfast was included at a nearby restaurant the restaurant for which we received breakfast credit was very busy during the morning hours. on the second morning, which was a sunday, it wasn't worth the long wait for breakfast, so we opted to go elsewhere and pay for our meal. the property is very dog friendly. there is a small area with artificial turf for the dogs to void; this was pretty gross.
Nice rooms. Pool area was nice. Stellas restaurant is definitely a plus. We were charged twice!! And weren't given a aaa discount or military discount.
the bed is very comfortable
Location Rudeness of Front Desk Staff Debris and stains on room carpet Uncomfortable beds
No breakfast. Long wait on hold to reserve room. Finally hung up and used kayak. Then received no hotel points.
A larger room than usual (#250); a nice surprise. Parking is always competitive and feels somewhat unsafe late at night due to odd under-building spaces and dark corners. Downtown Billings not the safest place for this kind of lot. Finding your room and nearest stairs is also problematical due to add-on feeling to the buildings.
They have great shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! I was expecting a lot nicer place. The parking situation is terrible.
Great location near many restaurants. Door to room was stuck.
Room was fine for the short time we spent there and the adjoining café had decent food When we arrived at 1am at the airport the four of us had to wait over 45 minutes for the 24hr free shuttle - which is not a shuttle, but a local taxi. When we arrived at the Lodge we were informed that the Lodge only covered $10 of the $18 cab fare. When we returned to the airport the next morning the free shuttle (taxi) told us we had to pay an $18 fare. Later that day we called the Lodge to inform them of the "fleecing" by the taxi and they told us they would refund our money - we have not heard anything back. Suggest staying somewhere else.
The quality and cleanliness of the room. How easily we could hear other patrons conversing in their own rooms.
Low price Rooms were pretty small, if one person stood there was not enough room to walk around them. But by far the biggest issue was the AC... It was hot and uncomfortable,
Nothing, this was the worst place I stayed and not worth the money! The room was old, dirty, the carpet was obviously filthy and room was not worth sleeping in. My bathroom was atrocious and came from a nightmare 1970's B film. I was thinking it was going to be a rustic, unique experience, but what it turned out to be was just the opposite. The rooms said non-smoking, but the hall smelled of fresh cigarettes. I feel bad because this place could have potential, but is just not good, especially for the high price I paid. My bedding had stains on it and I slept with a bat in my room because I didn't feel safe.
The carpet around the edges need to be vaccumned. You can see an inch or two of dust around the edges.
the design and vibe. Not your boring suburban uninspiring place. restaurant opener was late so we had to go somewhere else for breakfast.
Pretty good hotel. Can't really think of any negatives.
Close to airport Air conditioner did not work well.
Booked the room for a friend who was traveling through the area. She arrived at 10:00pm after a 10 hour drive. She stated the room was dirty and sheets were stained. She did not stay and kept driving on towards her destination.
The beds were very comfortable and the hotel in itself had a cute theme. Didn't eat at their restaurant only because I didn't have time. Staff was polite and curtious. Smelled good Could have been cleaner. The carpet had some stains, especially on the side next to the a/c unit, looks like there was water stains that they just covered up with carpet.
Location, parking, value Quite a throwback to the 50's and 60's; décor, furnishings but they were adequate for our needs.
Pleasant staff with enough computers for guests to use. Free parking and wifi No free breakfast
Quiet. Did not like the location.
Quality overall and close to airport No tissue in tissue holder.
overall located well. for price paid it was worth it. rooms were clean. good entertainment options. If parking, options are not cheap.
It was centrally located and the room was acceptable. The elevators were the worst elevators of any hotel I had ever stayed at. The hotel is very vertical, so elevators are essential. In some cases, it took up to five or ten actual minutes for the elevators to arrive. Front entrance of hotel perm. blocked
No Parking. Under Construction. Our First room they placed us in somebody had been in the bed and it was not made and dirty.
Comfortable beds. Parking was a hassle. Hotel is outdated and certainly does not match the star level.
Comfortable beds. Small room without fridge or microwave, but we didn't really need them. Had to wait a long time for an elevator. Heard only 3 of the 6 were working.
We were there for the Magic City Blues Festival and the excellent choices for food within walking distance. Parking is easy with the garage next door. Did not know the hotel was under some construction, but no big dislikes.
Amazing view. Beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!!

Very nice, clean room. Make sure to get your parking ticket validated at the front desk.
