The restaurant in the hotel had the best steak I have ever eaten. A bit pricey but very good . The staff was more than accommodating.
To say the staff were fantastic would be an understatement. They were personable, helpful, and professional. We felt at home from the moment we arrived! They were full for the night and out of roll-aways, but they helped us find extra pillows and bedding for our son to sleep on the floor.
Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of good old billings. I had a choice of a more expensive strip hotel or here. All was great. This was an amazing find. Go somewhere else for breakfast. Bernies is too expensive.
Coni the manager was an excellent host for the conference that we attended; despite power outages, etc free ice machine close to my room. I would like to return to the Radisson Billings and stay in the Executive Suite; as intended, comped. the teenagers/young adults who managed the front desk lack professional training and the one who booked my room placed me in the wrong room. due to the technical issues with the electricity: I was never able to get the room that I paid for on hotels.com I spent $124 a night for the Executive Suite Atrium - double queen for THREE nights and NEVER was able to sleep in the room I paid for. After an eight hour day in a conference, I wanted to relax; but, instead I was on talking with hotels.com who would "call the Radisson" to try and resolve my issue. I spent three days in the far most room possible from the atrium. the door would jam every time one of us would use our keys. the room was dirty. there were suspicious looking teenagers and wanderers in the halls at all times of day. the room wasnt even worth $100 a night. The fixtures, carpeting and walls in the hallways were dirty, waving, or stained. there are light bulbs out. dead trees at every area in the parking lot. There are a lot of shananigans going on, in the back of the hotel with the some of the workers and/or people affiliated with workers (who shouldnt even be there). My back and neck still hurt from 4 people being crammed in the smallest/worst room in the place.
Consistant Bathroom door needs planning in order to close easily
The main lobby was beautiful. I got a room with a king size bed. It came with 1 pillow for the whole bed. The toilet paper in the bathroom was pretty much empty. Their wasn't enough to use once. Also getting into the room was a pain due to the bathroom door was open to the point of opening the main door it was hitting the bathroom door immediately. The bed was super uncomfortable. Not worth $100.00 a night. Plus the fire alarm went off when it didn't need to.
A larger room than usual (#250); a nice surprise. Parking is always competitive and feels somewhat unsafe late at night due to odd under-building spaces and dark corners. Downtown Billings not the safest place for this kind of lot. Finding your room and nearest stairs is also problematical due to add-on feeling to the buildings.
No breakfast. Long wait on hold to reserve room. Finally hung up and used kayak. Then received no hotel points.
very clean and located in center of town easy location parking is a little tight
The breakfast bar needs work. Needs more options and restocked. They were out of stuff at 9am and Wasn't getting restocked.
Clean and comfortable. All that you expect in a good hotel.
Indoor pool, 24 hour fitness center, location, room size, comfortable stay, courteous stay Conintental breakfast was disappointing, loud neighbors above (kids running around)
