Staff was friendly and room was cosy.
In an effort to ease the hangover on the second morning of the festival, we went to the restaurant at about 11 am, and the bar was closed. We asked for a mimosa and a bloody Mary and waited about 15 minutes with no drink. We went outside after we gave up and the server chased us down, offering the drinks on the house, but we were just over it at that point. One time before i stayed here and was having sex with my girlfriend and the manager actually called the room when we were done and asked us to keep it down. Thin walls, apparently. II'm going to the Hilton next time I stay in Knoxville.
The staff was very friendly, especially on our second visit, remembering our names and other specifics. The check in and check out process was rapid. Located right off I 40 and conveniently in the middle of a bunch of very good restaurants and useful stores.
Filthy hallway carpets, room smelled like a sour wet dog, dirty sticky floor in room. Checked in at 2:30 am and was told I’d have to pay for a late checkout. Morning front desk staff excellent snotty and unprofessional.
Proximity to downtown business, restaurants and entertainment.
The cleanliness of the hotel was at an all time low. My entire floor smelled very bad. As if their was a sewage issue or something. Also, if you're facing the elevators, the elevator to the left smells like it's been thrown up in a numerous amount of times. Horrible smells throughout....
Love the lobby! It's luxurious and makes the guest feel more sophisticated. The bathrooms were also top notch.
The location was not as close to our destination as we were told. Staff always seemed busy chatting with each other. Entrance ramp and deck area difficult. Way over priced for what you get. No place to walk dogs.
