Clean and space with a decent balcony
We had been evacuated from Savannah, GA. and were travelling home. We had two small dogs, hypo-allergetic, and had pressed the pet-friendly filter when doing our search. However, when we arrived, this hotel said they were no longer honoring the pet-friendly exception. It turns out they normally don't accept pets, but for evacuations they do. Becuase we were heading home, rather than fleeing, they would not make an exception. It took us more than 2 hours to find another hotel, which, becuase if was awful , we could not stay in and so we had to drive through the night to get home...not knowing if our electricity had returned.
Nice vault bar for weary travelers
Old, dirty, creaky floors, rusting hinges, noisy, etc. The housekeeping staff (and using that term for them is a stretch) was the rudest, kst inconsiderate I have ever encountered.
went to relax in indoor pool cause im disabled and could have some fun with family. and for two of the 3 days pool was down. broke my heart and families too only live an hour away but wanted to relieve/relax so pressure off back and actually get to play with kids. paid an incredible amount to stay was basically our vaction for the year cause cant afford another. Pool was down all day on two of the days. All management said you booked 3rd party and its out of our control . well thanks for nothing but heartbreak and depression setting in killing me inside literally. dont know how much longer i have on this earth to spend with my kids and wife, but this is not what i need mentally
Very nicely outfitted, high-quality hotel. Modern rooms and lobby. Beds are extremely comfortable and room/bathroom was impeccably cleaned. Entire staff is friendly and helpful. Great location in heart of city/USC campus. Very accessible with easy parking. This is where I will be staying every time IIn the area from now on. The price is extremely good for this level of service and accommodations.
Lots of street noise. Sirens, train whistle. And long wait for shuttle.
