It was very clean. A lot more bang for the buck. Staff was very courteous and the breakfast was ample.
After reading the reviews, I was a little nervous about staying here. However, check in was very efficient and we were faced with a wonderfully helpful and friendly female on reception. She couldn't do enough for us. The room was big, clean and the beds were comfortable. After staying in hostels, having four fluffed up pillows was blissful.
Easy check-in, great price, good enough free breakfast.
Great place to catch some sleep for the night. Breakfast is better than a lot of hotel chains. Little outdated
Staff at Le Ritz handled the problem and made a room available, but charged me again. Reservation with getaroom has not been refunded to me. Why Not?
The staff was friendly and the bed and room was very comfortable. We only stayed one night but left for the rest of our drive well rested.
Good continental breakfast! Pool area to cold for comfort.
Great breakfast No hbo as advertised. Hot tub not working.
Friendliness, cleanliness, omelet bar with breakfast, comfortable bed with any amenities in the room.
Right across from the green belt by the river. Comfortable rooms, various dinner options nearby, and breakfast included an omelet bar. Warm & friendly staff.
Appealing location on the Snake River with access to the river walk. Very good breakfast with omelettes made to order. Short drive or $10 cab ride from IDA airport but call ahead for cabs. Spacious new walk in shower wasn't clean and no one wanted to use it. Staff didn't ask about the accommodations at check out.
Hotel has a great location, right on the Snake River. Easy scenic walks, close to restaurants. Nice pool and gym. Breakfast was outstanding, included custom-made omelets, do-it-yourself waffles, and various pastries. Room had TV, fridge, microwave, and WIFI. Hotel is older and room was a bit smallish by today's standards. Bathroom is small.
It was a great location for what we were doing. I didn't realize we would not be in the main hotel. We were located behind the building the restaurant is in and the room had a weird layout. The last time we stayed we were in the main building and I much prefer that. The breakfast buffet was large but the eggs, etc., were not hot enough.
Location, large room Breakfast was terrible, somewhat run down, should be priced in the 59 - 79 dollar range and should be listed as a two star
The room was spacious . The AC worked. The facility was old and run down. Although the property was advertised as nonsmoking our room smelled like smoke.
Room was clean.
The location is amazing and the views from the rooms with balconies facing the river are great. The price is fair. Overall, the room was fairly upgraded and nice. We liked that it had a fridge, microwave, and sink. Our room (and many others based on grumblings heard around) lacked air conditioning. When we called the front desk the man that came just explained to us how to work an air conditioning unit and after fiddling with it confirmed that yes, indeed, it was broken. He could not fix it though. While I appreciate his mansplaning (it's a thing, look it up) the way the modern marvel of an air conditioning unit works it would have been more helpful if he had fixed it. I would recommend that a hotel that provides 24 hour service have a maintenance person available around the clock. Although, I'm not aware if that is an industry standard.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. The continental breakfast was good. Although some fruit would have been nice to have too. The room was large and nicely updated. A group of people staying at the facility had no consideration for others because they were playing games and being very loud in the hallway. I believe an employee came and told them to be quite because it wasn't long after that they quieted down.
Rooms were nice size. Staff and their ineptness.
We walked into the 1980s decorated room and saw a layer of dust covering everything...turned a white cloth black as we wiped down counter tops and night stands. Then we saw stains all over the bed spread - we pulled it off only to notice what appeared to be pubic hairs on the sheets. We left and demanded a refund - which two weeks later I still haven't received.
Pleasant clerks Very noisy above us...someone must have walked across the floor for two hours. I finally got to sleep at 2:00 am
Our room had everything we could possibly need for a family traveling with an infant. Very accommodating staff. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. The only comment I would make is that the chairs on the patio outside our room were a mess with dust and cobwebs, so maybe make it a point to give some attention to the outside every couple of weeks during the summer months.
I like that the room was big and did have a decent view. There are several concerns with this hotel. First, there was not a working thermostat for the room. Instead, you had to operate expand and try to guess the correct speed. Second, I was unimpressed that it was an analog TV. Watching a movie is not an option and the quality of the image was very poor. Third, the overall feel of the Hotel is outdated.
The staff gave us a hard time about the number of people listed in our room. They never bothered to change it and they were going to charge us extra for the continental breakfast! I was not impressed by the staff!
