I have stayed at Hyatt Places around the nation and it is always pleasant. Rooms are clean and have a nice sized desk. They also always have a sitting area which makes the rooms more spacious and studio like. They have refrigerators but it would be nice to have a microwave.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
For the money, this place was a very good value. The room was spacious and up to date. Breakfast was good with very friendly staff. The bed mattress was NOT as comfortable as it should have been. It felt like it was breaking down and due for replacement. Also...no fans in bathrooms makes me crazy!
Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice accomodations. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get some firm supportive pillows!!! Those soft smushy pillows may look nice on the bed, but some people need neck support. It is no fun waking up with a stiff neck. :(
Clean room and spacious. Quiet every night One morning breakfast was cold. Heaters must have went out without employees knowing it.
I liked the location. Parking was easy. Bed was comfy The glasses in my room were crusty dirty. The beautiful atrium windows were too dirty to enjoy the morning sun and every time I walked by desk there was usually a group of employees chatting. I really had higher standards for the Hilton
Very clean & comfortable. Extremely friendly staff. We will definitely return.
The hotel connected to the Embassy Theater, and all events for the NABBA championship were easily accessible. The food was mediocre at best (stale bread, powdered eggs, burnt coffee), and the water had a funky smell. The shower left me itching for the entire stay. I'm certain that it was the water because I used the same soap, shampoo, and other products that I use at home. We were told that Fort Wayne experiences the water phenomenon after a quick snow melt, but it was very inconvenient. Downtown Fort Wayne loses points for being a ghost town much of the time. We saw very few people walking around, and lots of empty buildings. All of the businesses closed early. Bars stopped serving food or closed altogether by the time our events were done, and there were no 24-hour drug stores in the vicinity.
Loved the lobby area. My whole family loved the amazing breakfast!
The beds were comfortable and the central air was nice, it's also a good central spot for travel. Wasn't very user friendly. Pool is was too shallow, and there's little ventilation in there. Not much to keep you at the hotel enjoying yourself. It's more or less there just for the convention center and travelers. Not exactly going all out for the tourist. Parking is not free.
Pool and Hot Tub No vent in restroom. Ac/heat Fan would not stay on Room smelled like a smoker ha state there previously Shut breakfast down early.
The mattress was really hard and not comfortable.
The cost was quite reasonable. Very convenient to Interstate 69. There were several small things that needed maintenance in our room that we reported. The breakfast was just so-so.
Room was clean. Pool was nice for the kids. Beds were terrible! Couldn't sleep because of the plastic covers on the beds. The breakfast was mediocre.
The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable too. And the room was a good size. Very comfortable stay over all. Nothing really to complain about. Only an overnight stay, but very comfortable.
Good location. Easy access off interstate. Clean facility Breakfast mediocre at best.
The location was great. We wanted to be right downtown and we were close to everything we wanted to do. Wanted the pool for the kids and little bistro was great for coffee in the mornings. Downtown is coming along and we are excited for the growth! There was a wrestling tournament and a lot of kids running around & kept knocking on our door & running. Pool was small & being that there were so many kids our kids didn't get to swim much due to the crowds and noisyness too. Chain restaurant attached.

Location to my destination No outside parking. Wish they had space for outdoor parking.
Good location for Vera Bradley Outlet Sale. Spacious room.
Plenty of space in the room, very good parking with wide slots so side doors could be opened without squeezing out, good facilities for working evenings, or just sitting on the couch to read. Good location convenient to restaurants, Interstate and shopping for incidentals. Daily room makeup was erratic but they got the essentials (towels, etc.) right. Lavatory sink stopped didn't open fully so the basin filled up while washing and shaving.
The office employees were always welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very well stocked and the food was good. My room was clean and everything I needed except dish soap was in the kitchen area. I especially appreciated having the automatic ice maker in the refrigerator so I didn't have to trek to an ice machine.
Room had a full kitchen with basic kitchen supplies (plates, cups, pans, etc) and a fireplace! New carpets, furniture, bedding.
Nothing. This was the only time I have ever had concerns for my family's safety, and by far, was our worst hotel experience ever. There were large groups of people who stayed in the room above us who were very loud, stomped up and down the stairs, yelling profanity loudly outside our room, and were otherwise very disruptive at all hours of the morning. Around midnight, after their carrying on had been going on for three hours, I called the front desk. The person on duty asked them to leave, which caused a loud and contentious confrontation. They continued to be loud, and the employee came back at 2 am, at which time I believe the police were called. The police came between 2-3 am, and there was continued yelling and confrontation. Between 3-4am, another person showed up, looking for the groups who had been escorted out earlier. Had I not had two sleeping children, we would've packed up and left. The next morning, as I was loading the car to leave, there was a small baggie of what appeared to be drugs on the ground in the parking lot. I am now attempting to get answers for how this is allowed to happen. Do not stay at this hotel, and do not book hotels through any other process than the hotel itself. No one seems willing to assume responsibility for this mess. The hotel contends that this is an issue with the third party search engine and booking service. The search engine claims no responsibility since they are not directly involved with the maintainence of the facilities. This quickly becomes a difficult deniability scheme, resulting in time-consuming back and forth to resolve the issue.
It was a great well cleaned and nice facility
Best beds around Room not exactly as I wanted
Free Dinner and Free breakfast, Very clean spacious rooms, Not your regular hotel feel. Very nice stay
