It's easy to get too, the staff is always nice and helpful, nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is standard. Being able to have a shuttle service to take us to airport and back and to leave our car there. Everytime we fly Bismarck, we stay there. Thanks for everything!
Beds were very comfortable and also the staff. Checked in on a Saturday and the on site lounge had a happy hour from 12 to 3 and check in was at 3 so that made absolutely no sense. Room 131 had water damage and a strong odor of mold. This unit was also right next to a guest exit. Every guest to enter or leave would cause a draft on room 131 door and would shake or bang.

This used to be my favorite place in Bismarck because it was near both the downtown and new areas of the city. I have stayed there numerous times (including annual business conferences) since 2012. I even went so far to get a Carlson Club card because my wife and I were intending to stay there the first weekend of every month. Unfortunately, itt has really deteriorated in the last 90 days. First, they changed the menu at the hotel restaurant. It used to sport first class food at a reasonable price. Now, its oilfield slop at the ridiculous prices charged out west where we're from. Second, have they started a "hire the convict" policy recently? Every single person who works there either had a nose ring, tattoos, a pony tail or looked like they just left either drug rehab or the State Penn. There, literally, was not one time I was in the lobby where this mope had not just mopped the floor and glared at me for walking over it to the parking lot. Third, finish the construction on the lower level of your parking facility please. It was under construction the previous month but, this past weekend, we couldn't park our Ford Explorere anywhere because not enough spaces, A-holes who parked ahead of us took up 2 spaces and 3 tour buses were hogging the street and back lot. Finally, the place is developing a "run down" look. Our room was shabby, smelled like feet and...well...sucked! Come on Radisson, at $111 per night, we're going to check out your competitors and, if things don't improve, I won't be staying there again. Sorry!
Early check in was nice 1:30 instead of 3pm. we went to go swimming with our young children, who was looking forward for this stay for a long time. Walk pass front desk and that's when we were told it was closed until further notice. The reason we booked this hotel was for the pool! If it wasn't to late to find a different hotel we would have asked for a refund and check into a different hotel!! Trying to explain to a crying 5 year old that the pool is now closed was a freaking nightmare!!! And all the front desk said was "awe I'm sorry"! Never staying there again.
