The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. It was a very busy night and they went out of their way to take care of us, including shuttling us to an event and picking us up after it was over. I would highly recommend staying here.
Breakfast incredibly busy, get there early.
Cooked to order breakfast was especially nice; omelets, waffles, French toast upon request and even at the height of the breakfast rush the wait was not excessive for one cook. They also have a splash drink bar with daily specials with hours outside the normal happy hours. Full sized refrigerator in room. The location was nice, centered to all we needed. Not too far from Old towne, or the Arkansas river. The hotel was clean, and the beds was extremely comfortable. We had a loft room which would have been nice but not real conducive with young children. Bathroom seemed sort of small but everything worked well. No cooktop in the room. The couches were not real comfortable.
I did like the bed. I didn't like the house cleaning services, I didn't like the no parking semi-close to the main lobby (yes there is an attached parking garage, but you have to walk a good distance to get to the garage and it's an additional $10, parking per day). Also, I didn't care for the ice machine or vending machine for that matter only being located on one end of the Hallway; feels as if a hotel @ this price point should have a set up for these services on both ends of the hallway. And the fact that the staffing didn't listen to my concerns or attempt to remedy the problems weren't beneficial towards them either. Don't suggest anyone whom expects hospitality, quietness or functionality to stay there.
General appearance of hotel and amenities, very adept staff, excellent location I was surprised that a deluxe king room would have such uncomfortable chairs and such a very small bathroom (cramped and confining; no room to move around) compared to other downtown Hyatt Regency properties and other hotels in the same price range
Elevators were fast, water was hot. Restaurant servers were attentive. Restaurant had a limited menu. Restaurant cost to value was low.
The whole facility was clean, beds were comfy, service was friendly. Pretty hotel near the convention center and river walk. We will come back. I could have used a stronger blow dryer. Seriously though, nothing to complain about.
Awesome stay, met all our needs an some. Will for sure stay again.
Great restoration - very accomodating.. No answer.
I liked that it had a kitchen. Didn't have to waists money on eating out. The room was cozy and I l
How separate everything was and having the kitchen Tv size
The workers were very nice. They listened to your concerns and did what they could to fix the issue. THE MATTRESS was HORRID. You just can't get comfortable on it. The little couch was much more comforting. At some point we were debating sleeping on the floor.
Very nice and very clean small luxury hotel in downtown. Cannot go wrong by staying here. I will be visiting again. All exceeded my expectations. Thanks.
What's not to like? Clean, quiet, perfect location downtown, spacious room, great restaurant downstairs, airport shuttle (from hotel lobby through TSA Pre to gate was 25 minutes total at 8AM Monday). It took a few minutes running the water for it to get hot.
Room service is excellent, great staff, clean, large rooms and just a wonderful place to stay!
Tastefully decorated. Close parking garage. Easy to get to. Bed was very uncomfortable. TV didn't work. Food was bland.
Great location in the middle of Old Town. We were within 1 - 2 blocks of all restaurants and bars. We loved the Victorianish atmosphere of the hotel, but it still had great amenities like a med-sized fridge and a 2-burner stove. Largest hotel room we have ever stayed in and the bathroom was very roomy also! We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Wichita.
The staff was fabulous!
