Very convenient location. Good Cleanliness and provode good quality shower gel and shampoo. Unfriendly male front desk staff (no smiling face). We came with 2 families and 5 small kids, they were making some noise and chasing around at the lobby while we were checking in, one male staff warned us this was not appropriate. Yes, I respect the reminder but expect a more friendly approach. And I believe if the hotel allows to have children to stay in, they should anticipate how children behave. It was our first day arrival, with such unfriendly approached, it really spoilt our mood.
The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient to many sites and transportation stations. I would recommend this hotel to a friend. Rooms are a bit small but average by Japanese standards.
Location is very good and room is very clean as well.
My boyfriend and I stayed there for nine nights and were able to explore easily. Locations such as Akihabara, Harajuku, Meiji Shrine, Shibuya, and a lot more are a short train ride away and with the train station so close it was easy to get around. Lots of shops, restaurants, and arcades within walking distance of the hotel.
Location, Limousine Bus access, Close to train station, affordable Wi-Fi is good, not great, but free
The location of the hotel is excellence. The room is clean and relatively larger than other hotel in similar price range. No fittness center
Friendly staff speaks English and location is very close to Train station. Love staying here when I travel to Tokyo. The pillows were very uncomfortable.
Tokyo area was greate.
Just about everything was as expected. Only complaint was that room was too warm (March stay) we couldn't get the air conditioner to cool the room adequately and couldn't open the windows to cool it down to an acceptable level.
Great location, close to the night life and train station
This hotel cannot be beat for location and value. There are nicer and/or cheaper hotels in Shinjuku but I will be staying at the prince from now on.
The stall was really helpful and was the only hotel that I stayed in Japan that provided soft pillows... This hotel was the most expense one that I stayed in Japan, around US$185,00 and for that price I was expecting a much better room. The bathroom was disgusting with visible mold all around probably because the exhaust fan wasn't efficient enough to keep the moist out of it.. The toilet bowl underneath the seat was all black mold... The shower walls is getting yellowish probably because no scrubbing it's been done.. I saw a single room keeper guy cleaning the whole building floor when I got there but he was cleaning alone at least 18 rooms in that floor as I noticed the rooms doors was all wide open and he was running between those rooms with vaccum and cleaning supplies and etc... The blocks/area around of this hotel have lots of "massage" business places and lots of guys hanging around the walkway corners to offer girls to do a "special" job if you interesting... Definitely not a family hotel to stay ! Few blocks away from the opposite side of the Shinjuku Train Station I stayed at Sun Route Hotel of Shinjuku that was much much better location in the area and a family hotel with quality and breakfast include for under US$120,00. Hope this review helps lots of visitors.
great location. 5 minutes from Akasaka-Mitsuke Metro, which has a restaurant alley right behind with 200+ options. hotel sits adjacent to aston martin dealership and 3 minutes walk from le creation de Narisawa; i.e. a posh neighbourhood. it's also within 10 minutes walk to at least three major greeneries in Tokyo. late check-out is expensive at ¥1500 add'l per hour. elevator a bit slow.
Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was extremely nice. Wifi worked great and was unlimited and free. Location was close to a subway stop that took you to all the Tokyo tourist attractions. The Double room was very small, but that is expected for Tokyo. There wasn't a lot of night life going on around the hotel.
Location was good near Shinkuku station (one one the biggest) The hotel has a gymn and a pool but you have to pay 2,100.00 yens (US$ 26.00) / person / day. The staff speaks poor english. Check out at 11h00am so not good if you have a late flight (30% of the daily rate to stay to 03h00 pm).
- Cleanliness - Spacious Space - Amenities - Friendly Staff - Service - Shuttle to Shinjuku Station - A bit far from Shinjuku Station by walking - Underground (Metro) does not have full escalator (a bit difficult if carry lots of stuff)
Staff is extremely helpful with everything . I have requested to make a reservation at many famous restaurants and the concierge staff did a very professional job securing a seat for me . They have planned everything for me better than I have planned by myself .
