My friends and I stayed here for a birthday. We hit the hot tub and pool, then went out for dinner and drinks, and came back to sleep. Loved the modern, clean feel and the hot tub and pool. All was nice, quiet and comfortable. Appreciated floors 2+ being secure (needed a room key to access after a certain time). I did wish they had security at the front door.,My friends and I stayed here for a birthday. We hit the hot tub and pool, then went out for dinner and drinks, and came back to sleep. Parking was $10 for the garage but we found free street parking on the weekend. Breakfast is a bit expensive - $12 for hot breakfast, $6 for continental. Overall, a pretty good deal. With free hot breakfast, they would be a clear winner for this price range downtown. I am glad we chose this one, as it was quieter than the Holiday Inn or others nearby.
Loved being away from the interstate but still close enough that it was easy to access. Location was close to a lot of action but felt very safe. Solid room and nice view (6th floor) but nothing fabulous; basic upscale casual property. Paying for parking is a drag, but only $10 per night. Also, breakfast is not free/included in room price. Pool is quite small.
Great service, great facility, great staff Not in the old market area. Short walk away.
Room was geeat Could not get wifi in room
Great food quality for breakfast
Mike I believe is his name was the shuttle driver and took our luggage to our room; he was great!
Location was very convenient to airport and downtown business district. Would be really great for college world series in June each year.
The attached parking garage and the knowledge along with the service the staff provided was excellent. Price for breakfast was pretty steep. Elevator lobbies for the parking garage were filthy.
rooms are good size, bed is comfortable. could be cleaner - for instance, clean the telephones!!!
Location is good, right next to sporting venues and downtown. Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the lobby looked nice. Charging to use the internet and the gym/pool is ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. How is it that Motel 6 gives free wifi at most locations and the Hilton wants $10 per day to use the internet? They also charge for the use of the gym and pool, which didn't even have drinking cups for the water cooler. The hotel staff and I also have different definitions of what "city view" means. I had a great view of a freeway offramp.
This is an awesome hotel and we love that it is connected to the Quest Center for concerts! It would be nice if it had some kind of complimentary breakfast with as much as it costs.
the entire staff was most helpful and friendly
cookie particles was not cleaned in the second day. cleaning has not parfect.
would stay there again and would recommend it to my friends and family
I liked the staff, they where really friendly and super helpful. I did not like, I b the other hand, what they had to offer for such a high price... even super 8's have free WiFi and complimentary breakfast to their clients.
Good location I guess It was dirty, had broken lights, the shower was clogged and it had orange sticky stuff splattered all over the wall. It smelled bad, the door looked like it had been kicked in lots of times. The pool area was under maintenence the entire time
Staff was friendly, and it was in a good location. There was mold in the a.c., and I could tell the place needed a refit. Not bad for a last minute hotel, but it's a health inspector's wet dream.
Got a good price. It wasn't terrible Leaky ceiling in bathroom. Weird moldy/smokey smell. Cigarette burned comforter. I wasn't really expecting greatness, so overall it was good for the price.
That I didn't catch anything while I was there.. oh... and leaving.. Everything.... this place is a step above a homeless shelter... the hot tub must double as a toilet because that %*&$, was brown as a UPS truck. Everything is dirty and I recommend bringing your own blankets and sheets unless you want to be daring and chance not getting a sticky surprise... My advice DON'T BE CHEAP... and pony up the cash for a better hotel... Don't be like me...
The rooms were clean and decent size. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again in the future. The only real issue was that the rate I was quoted through booking.com was not the rate the hotel had us confirmed at. They immediately made a copy of our confirmation slip and the rate was adjusted. It could have been a hassle had we not brought written confirmation of the rate.
Great staff, great Cookies. Friendly people. Will stay again. Price was great.
close to qwest centre
Everything was excellent, it is a good convienent place to stay in downtown Omaha
I loved the little kitchen, which had everything we needed. Our room was very cozy and inviting. Also, very clean. The employees were very nice as well! The curtains didnt close all the way, so we only had a sheer white curtain for privacy.
The dinner buffet is awesome and breakfast is super as well. When you add it all up, can't beat the overall price. Bianca is a superstar and super friendly. What a great experience. Nothing at all.
Great hotel. We stayed 3 nights & everything was nice & clean. Loved having a little kitchenette. The breakfast was very good & we liked that they changed up the hot items every day. All the workers we encountered were very nice & made you feel welcomed. The area seemed very nice & safe. Several restaurants within walking distance. Thanks for an AWESOME stay. The bed we had was very squeaky & soft (which hurt my back) but my husband said it helped his.
