Beautifully restored lobby. Good location for walking to inner harbor and other sights. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Complimentary bottled water. Cuisinart tea and coffee maker. In. Room refrigerator. Microwaves on each floor. Nice bakery in lower lobby for quick breakfast or snack.
We asked twice to have our room made up. It was never done. Everyone was nice - just not very organized I guess?
The serene atmosphere and class
Some repairs needed, esp. in bathrooms and pool area. Pool closed at 10 PM. A fridge was in the room but no minibar/snacks. The smoke alarm flashed all night (brightly).
Spacious rooms and good service
After paying over 300 hundred a night, they ofer you a view upgrade for an extra 40 a night, which is fine is a beautiful view of the harbor, but you have to pay an extra 30 dollars a day to park your car. And when I ask the offer me the internet for free but since the person that checked me in was not there they tried to backed out of it saying that there was no way they could give it to me for free because it was 15 more a day. The people at front desk were very, very rude. Except when you are checking in and they are trying to sell you something.
Nice room, pool was great, location in the heart of it all!! Very secure also.
Maybe we were just there on a bad weekend, but there were a lot of rowdy kids at the hotel. Noise was a problem.

I put my dates in on your website and it took me to booking.com where it didn't transfer that data. So I wasn't paying close attention and I booked the reservation but it was for the day I booked it. I lost my discount and ended up paying over $40 more for the room because I didn't get the discount on the room. It took me a while to figure out how I messed up and after retracing my exact steps, I figured out that the dates didn't transfer. Now I looked again at the correct dates and the discount price that both the hotel and booking.com said no longer was available for the date in question showed up on the date that I needed (24th of Jan.) Ultimately the mistake was mine, and I will be much more careful in the future when I book online.
