When we checked in we were given a handicapp room which we didn't reserve. We also were not impressed with the morning staff. Our shuttle was late to the airport because we had to hunt down staff. The person driving the shuttle would not buckle their seat beat so an alarm went off every 2 minutes. Next time we will look for places elsewhere.
comfort of room and friendly staff. I had booked a King size, hoping my husband would meet up with me. But he could not, and the King was not available. Desk person said this sometimes happen with internet reservations. As I was leaving to go to my room, I picked up a soda and bag of chips to pay for, and it was given to me complimentary. Nice Parking was difficult as the parking lot was full, however a security guard was outside at 2am watching the parking lot, and she helped me find a spot. Super nice!
Friendly staff, awesome room for the price. Breakfast was amazing!
Service was great. The rooms were clean. The view from the balcony was awesome. There were people partying close to our room and woke us up with their loudness.
Good price not s bad location Room was on the freeway side and there was noise all night, the breakfast was all carbs
Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff The heater in room 220 was so loud that I had to wear ear plugs to sleep at night.
The Andaluz has a wonderful history and the remodel saved it's antique flavor. We found the employees friendly and knowledgable about its past. Loved the bar on the 2nd floor. All the beers on tap were local.
Friendly staff, great restaurant. Check in was in a small, cramped room. The room was kind of small, especially the bathroom. It is an older hotel that they have tried to upgrade. Not much of a view. Not in a great part of town but I am not sure Albuquerque has such a thing.
My prepaid room was given away. After arriving at the hotel on a late flight, I was told to take a letter to a different hotel across town because they didn't have my room. This happened to several other guests that evening. The other hotel was considerably far from my meetings that brought me to town for 3 days. Hotel clerk rude and dismissive at checkin.
I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was. They were welcoming of me and my two young children (and dog). The rooms could be cleaner. The carpet was stained and it made my infant dirty when he crawled. The tub wouldn't drain properly, so we got to shower in standing water. Also, there was used soap left in the shower, along with shampoo and conditioner. One of the main reasons I picked the Sheraton was because they have cribs available. They did not. My infant had to sleep on the floor on some blankets. I couldn't have both my kids in bed with me, as I only had a queen.
Low price, courteous staff, Heavy area traffic is not conducive to pedestrians wishing to walk to Uptown. Its not far, but a lot of lights and 6-8 lane highways to cross. No pool (but we knew that), loud and off-key band in the lobby lounge at check in. Worn side chair in room, dirty/worn elevators. Hung the do not clean sign but the housekeeping staff came in anyway. Nit picking really, as we pretty much got what we expected from an older Sheraton-run property.
It had a fairly nice bathroom, nice shower. Bed/mattress pretty firm which I like. Decent sized flat screen TV. Pool a little too small and not deep enough. Hot tub ok, but couldn't get the jets to come on. Wife had some back/hip pain after sleeping on mattress.
