klassisches Casino Hotel, komfortable Zimmer, guter Service, wochentags sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Das Hotel liegt mitten in Reno und hat Verbindung zu 2 weiteren Casinohotels. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr kompetent und sehr freundlich. Die Lobby und auch das Zimmer sind sehr schön.
The facility was very nice and we had no problems. Was close to the airport. I did not like having the charge go through on my credit card before I even left for my trip.
Lots of comfy pillows. Beds were good. We didn't get a chance to use, but facilities looked really nice. Shower was small, water pressure weak, and temperature not stable.
Food in restaurant was good for hotel restaurant. people at front desk were very pleasant, very. Poor heater control, had to call front desk. Told the controls on wall does not work unless you go over to wall and hit the knee high switch on , wait 10 minutes and the heat may go on. may get too hot if you do not adjust. What year is this that I can not turn the heat on on a cool nite when I am very tired??? Needless to say stayed cold. Noisy fan also.
It was clean and quiet and upgrades are being done. A small store in the hotel would have been good to have.
Booked through Kayak and hotel would not honor check in time. We only needed hotel for layover so those 2 hours made all the difference. Hotel clerk was rude and unwilling to answer questions about paying extra for an early check in. When we attempted to cancel booking, were told that refund had to be issued 72 hours before. We were out $100+ because Westin won't honor printed check in time. Avoid.
Next to airport You can hear anything and everything from people in rooms next to or above you. We had people being very loud for almost 3 hours in the night time that kept waking our 7 month old baby. Not fun.
Super helpful front desk. Quick check in and out. Yay for the shuttle guy!
Stayed here last minute for a baseball tournament. Our friends had stayed night before so we requested to be near them. We were two doors down. Kids hot tubbed after a game and several hours climbing. We bought dinner at a noodle house a couple blocks away. A very pleasant stay. No complimentary breakfast.
Close to airport Burned out light bulbs in room that were not changed. Air conditioner very noisy.
sehr gute Lage, kostenloses Parken -
freundlicher Empfang.
The rooms are large, seemed clean. We had our car with the Yakima cargos carrier on. The parking garage was so low to self park, we barely fit, there were a few trucks park inside literally look like they had an1 inch clearance, a long walk to check in up stairs, not fun with bags, standing in line with a rough crowd, going to the room felt like we could get mugged,we were a little shocked that the car had not gotten broken into!at a cost of almost 100.00 a night! By the way thanks for the resort fee
It was ok to stay and see how the rooms are The room was leaking from the window from upstairs ac unit
like the quick check in with out stress the absence of smoking odor and the helpful and friendly valets and staff
There are three hotels as part of the complex. Low rent guests. Looked like the truckers convention, poor house had just let out. If you can't afford a nicer hotel you shouldn't be gambling.
Clean hotel Good hotel and good location
Front desk was great. I was a very late arrival. Check in was fast. I was able to get to bed and sleep so I could have fun the next day. Asked for a price. ( $124.00). Came back 10 min later and ($104). Asked and second lady said $104 should have been what I was told.
I liked that the room was clean and spacious at a good rate. Access to the casino from the far tower wasn't too convenient.
big rooms, comfort, value, plenty to look at in multi hotel complex A little dated but I dont care about that
Very nice room, sports bar area, and places to eat. Felt like everything I needed was on the property. Although I liked the fact property has interior connections to sister properties. Very convenient. Just the relaxed night in Reno I needed before my trip back to Vegas after being in Carson City on business. Everything was fine.
I have been to coming to circus circus for about 25 years now since I was a kid and I have to say I have always enjoyed coming here the midway is great for kids and adults and everyone is friendly the bed at our last stay had just been replaced 3/16 so it was pleasant to have a newer mattress (look under the mattress on the foot at one of the corners they use a sharpie)
Good value for money Noisy rooms
the rooms were nice, clean. the staff was every friendly overall a nice hotel. if you are looking for just a hotel. Karl the bar tender was great! the web site shows a casino and restaurants. the only place to eat there was a Johnny rockets. the a/c hardly worked and was every loud.water pressure was really weak.
Nice river view room, clean No mention the property is distressed financially, spa, pool and restaurants are closed for "renovations". Not a lick of construction activity could be observed. Front desk at check in, shared the casino " closed last year" and will not reopen when the property is rebadged in 2016-17. Other guests were equally mislead and frequently mentioned their opinion of the deception when
I loved the restaurant inside, good food. I liked the swimming pool and how it looked inside. The staff that cleaned the rooms were nice. I didn't like the small rooms, for the price. Bathroom was small. The slot machines weren't good. Inside the gambling area, not enough action. The server that was bringing drinks on the gambling floor, was not friendly at all. They need to bring better slot machines and entertainment to get more people in there. Seems more business like and not a kid friendly place. Alot of people working there, didn't seem happy. Could be due to the rumor they're getting bought out next year.
I booked a room at this hotel for one night december 26th 2015 I showed up late at 5:00 pm due to bad traffic The staff told me the room was not ready with very rude attitude. I asked when would it be ready . The female staff returned with " i dont know " in a very rude way I was not happy with her reply. What did it mean by i dont know. I should be ready for us to check in at 3:00 pm. However, the thing i got frustrated was the attitude from the unfriendly female staff :). I got to my room eventually. There was no towels . What the heck? It took another hour for us to get towels. :). I asled for the rollaway bed twice. It never came. I would never return to this hotel again. Stay away from it. Or else it may ruin your vacation/holiday spirit
Bed was big enough. Bathroom was spacious. looks pretty on the outside & lobby. Self parking is huge. Affordable pricing. Pillow was too soft. Shower head was old, water pressure was too soft. There was no vent in the bathroom & couldn't lock the door. Not enough outlets to plug near nightstand & speaker dock was only for iPhone 4, needs to be upgraded. Casino was closed.
The hotel room was cleaner than the rest of the property. The hotel is in the process of becoming a No Smoking and No Gaming property. Which for me is a huge plus Hotel under renovation as it is converted to Renaissance. Had trouble finding hotel due to lack of signage. Air Conditioner unit is in room with no thermostat control Mattress was extremely uncomfortable Rooms were not well insulated for noise. Noise in the corridor all night long.
Stayed out late on New Year's Eve. Woke up the next morning and there were no pillowcases on the pillows that we were sleeping on in the bed. Also the inside of the shower was not cleaned the glass was not wipe down. Ran the thermostat on 80° and it never got hotter than 70° in the room it was cold. And very low water pressure in the shower, impossible for two people to take a shower at the same time.
Staff put us in a room that wreaked of smoke. Called front office 3 times to get a new room, no response. Angry, I called again to complain, Front Desk hung up on me because "I was raising my voice". Front Desk then called back, like they were doing me a favor, and with lots of attitude, and said they found a new room. A half hour later we had a new room that was smaller, without the two Queen beds we paid for, but didn't smell of smoke. One elevator had a key reader that didn't work, so we couldn't get to our room unless we used the other elevator. Before staying here, I would share a sidewalk with a homeless person and sleep on the ground.
Friendly staff. Accomodated us with our request for early check in for free. There was a hair in the towel. Casino was closed for renovation.
I liked that parking was "free"(although they charge you a hotel fee so i guess it isn't really) and the rooms had a refridgerator already in them. There was a convenience store close by. The hotel was quiet and not as busy as the casinos down town. It wasn't downtown. I thought the walk would be a little shorter but due to the construction sometimes it took a little longer. Also, there was no casino for gambling.
* Very nice inside * Extremely clean * Smallest king room that I have ever stayed in (even among boutique hotels) * Hot tub was not working, despite being brand new - I came to Reno for Tough Mudder and that was one of my main reasons for staying there was to come back and soak in a nice new hot tub
