I like the remoteness and quietness of the location, not as noisy as it can get in other part of the city.
Pullman is right across the street so that's perfect.
I paid $38 for breakfast. Now I don't know what planet they live on but $38 is a bit excessive for (even if it's a buffet) breakfast. There's no early check in unless you pay half day's rate. Whether for 1 or 5 hours early check in. Different country/ different mentality to deal with and understand can be a bit challenging.
