My problem is with Booking.com. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation. Sheraton was kind enough to book it, and we were lucky on Graduation Weekend to be able to get a room. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I was not a pleasant experience.
We like to be ecological responsible and chose not to have towels and bedding replaced everyday. we hung the sign on the door as directed and that wish was respected. What we did not expect was that the bed would not be made and the normal cleaning done. Disappointing.
I thought the room was above adequate and the courtyard was very well appointed

I have previously stayed at the Sheraton in Burlington, and it has the best beds and is always quiet at night, as well as clean and affordable.Booking.com was the easiest way to book the Sheraton this time of year. Parking lots needed better lighting.
Storm absolutely rocked it with customer service. I hope the Storm never ends.
Room had peeling paint on the ceiling- not something I want to see at over $200 for a night!!
the convenience of off the highway on the highway. the elevator was out of service, which was not a problem for us, but would be for a handicapped person. And we woke up to a power outage.
Big room. Big shower. Comfortable bed. Free shuttle from airport; arrived quickly. Nice restaurant was open late. No place to hang suits in room. Was given a double room for no good reason; voluntarily kept it instead of changing rooms on 2nd night. Mixed up parts of bill that were supposed to go to me vs. what goes to the company. Wound up with entire room rate on my card for what I though was a prepaid room, but receipt was mailed to company not to me.
Loved the location. Close to everything in Burlington. Restaurant was awful!!!! Service was slow and it took over an hour to get our breakfast.
The staff were absolutely wonderful. We had a terrible experience the evening before, so we switched to the Courtyard. Seeing and listening to what happened, the staff did their best to allow us to take care of our vehicle while we waited for our room, and even accommodated an early check-in because of our needs. Thank you so much! You saved the 4th of July for us!!!
