I liked the people at the valet and the door. It was our first time there and they were very informative of the area and had many good suggestions. I was impressed. All the people were very good.
Wife loved the bed. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants were good but have to give Taza's a two thumbs up on the Mediterranean Chicken and rice. We are not gamblers but enjoyed walking around and watching others do so. Primary reason for our stay was the Phillip Phillips concert which was stellar! No clear cut signs to tell you where to go for checking in. Stumbled across the Valet that worked hard to convince me I was in the right place and it was ok to leave my car.
this hotel is very low budget and old..the rooms were clean but felt like I was staying at a motel..no amenties not even shuttle to the casino which is on same drive. Old and out dated..elevators smell like pee...very low budget not worth a 100.00 per night. Pay extra and stay at the casino. Very disappointed!!!!
We loved the view from our room. It felt good to be able to enjoy room, waterview and to go wherever and do whatever one wanted to do all within reach by a few minutes walk from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was large, clean and spacious and the view was perfect. We loved our stay there and will go back again for sure.
River view was great but the trade off is that you have a small room. The 20-somethings basically took over my floor making noise well into the post-midnight hours and waking up my young child. Security was very responsive and really leaned on them after I finally called down to the front desk. Breakfast was very much a 2-star experience. The breakfast buffet space was about 800 square feet ... the hotel has 22 floors and the place was pretty full the weekend I was there - you do the math. Som e design engineer needs a smack in the head over that one. No free parking. No microwave in the room. Sound from other rooms/hallways really travels.
quite clean and friendly staff no elevator
Clean, warm, comfortable bed, nice shower, quick cab ride to downtown/Caeser's Windsor. Small TV with no on-demand or guide station. No mini-bar. Bare minimum continental breakfast. Staff were polite but overly conversational.
Very happy with the hotel! Great location Staff could be a little more welcoming!
We usually stay at Hampton Inns when we travel in the USA. The Windsor location gave us perfect location for our business and access to cross the border. The hotel rate, compared to the U.S. average per night cost seemed HIGH - which is why we booked thru kayak - to obtain a lower rate. But, by doing so, we were unable to obtain the 'Hilton Honor points'. Also, we suggest to ask for a room at the back of the hotel - the street noise could be excessive if you are a light sleeper.
Good location, good price. Breakfast was not very good. There were busloads of families and children staying and attending a local swim meet. They made an absolute mess of the breakfast area. The food offerings were not very good. I mean, who serves baked beans with scrambled eggs? Really?
Rooms were clean and set up nice. Also bed was very comfy and good bath products.m Stayed on the second floor so felt like the trucks outside were right under us. Could hear people in the next room too clearly
Good location, excellent customer service from front desk, fait value for the rate. Neighbouring guests were very loud, very late in the evening.
Breakfast was decent and parking is free. Close walk to casino Very noisy at night. Bunch of 19 yr olds running the halls drunk. Room location was not good as it was beside the ice machine and could hear it all night long. As well as could hear then pulling out breakfast carts while trying to sleep. This is well before 7 am. I would say around 5-6 am. Also smelt stale in the rooms and needs redecorating badly.
