The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in great location downtown. A easy walk wherever you want to go. Breakfast is not included in the price which is kind of a bummer. Had to leave the hotel for food. There is no hot tub either.
Some of the staff was great and very helpful, others not so much. Overly crowded
Great location for our stay. There breakfast was not good and no juices.
The hotel is good hotel. If I travel here again, I'll choice this hotel again. But, the breakfast foods choices is few. I wish have some improve for this in my next stay in this hotel.
clean room, friendly staff, great food and good sense of hospitality
We loved the view from our room. It felt good to be able to enjoy room, waterview and to go wherever and do whatever one wanted to do all within reach by a few minutes walk from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the room was large, clean and spacious and the view was perfect. We loved our stay there and will go back again for sure.
I loved how great the staff is, and how easy the whole process was. We were just staying because we were going to a Guns and Roses concert in Detroit. We enjoyed how easy the check in, the availability of our room. What I did not like, was that when we went to our room, we found that we did not have the view that we wanted. We had a small window facing the river, but you have to be directly facing. If not, you are looking right into a wall. I wish that they would have been more specific on the posting. I am not sure if it was a Kayak issue or a Best Western issue. Better communication of the room.
It was close to the border for the concert we were attending in Detroit.
The view was awesome!
went to the casino no
I liked the people at the valet and the door. It was our first time there and they were very informative of the area and had many good suggestions. I was impressed. All the people were very good.
Price too much
The staff was super friendly and fantastic. Accommodations were great. Would definitely come back.
Wife loved the bed. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurants were good but have to give Taza's a two thumbs up on the Mediterranean Chicken and rice. We are not gamblers but enjoyed walking around and watching others do so. Primary reason for our stay was the Phillip Phillips concert which was stellar! No clear cut signs to tell you where to go for checking in. Stumbled across the Valet that worked hard to convince me I was in the right place and it was ok to leave my car.
Great stay!! The staff was great!! Love the room.
Location close to Hoghway 401 Breakfast was really poor and below expectation.
Friendly soft spoken staff, taking care of fresh coffee availability during break fast time. The best location in very quite & pollution free area, close to HWY, shopping center & Windsor Air Port. Enjoyed good night sleep with out any disturbance. My honest opinion is, . Little effort of renovation will boost this place to *** plus rating.
old and dirty carpet breakfast too little almost running out not enough room to sit at the kitchen
2 queen beds in a room. Lots of ice in the ice machine. No elevators. Not enough breakfast - were out of fruit by 8AM. Limited variety of food for breakfast. Limited number of parking spaces.
The receptionist was quite charming and witty, she was able to help us out with the overall experience for Windsor giving us advice on where to go, what to see, and what to do! She made our experience amazing!

Ease of access to our destination, 401, amenities. Although there was room card access to a rear door, the secure access was disabled so anyone could open the door from a rear parking area. Not very secure. Breakfast was not great. Noisy bathroom fan.
nothing Bad smell in the whole place - ended up at the Ramada not lexington got promised an upgrade while registered - then told to go across the street to a different hotel. Crazy parties and kids running the halls all night - staff did nothing, I had to go out and ask them all to play in their rooms.. the screaming continued.

Clean, staff very friendly and helpful! Parking was limited and dark and scary
Location to airport Musty smell, some increased noise level on 2nd night up to 1am. Dated decor, chipped counters, peeling wallpaper...just didn't feel 'clean'
The location very good for both local and cross-border shopping. The rooms were very comfortable, including the beds. Staff very accommodating and quick to assist. The buffet breakfast was excellent! The only negative is that they do not have a restaurant, however, there are several within the immediate area.
We usually stay at Hampton Inns when we travel in the USA. The Windsor location gave us perfect location for our business and access to cross the border. The hotel rate, compared to the U.S. average per night cost seemed HIGH - which is why we booked thru kayak - to obtain a lower rate. But, by doing so, we were unable to obtain the 'Hilton Honor points'. Also, we suggest to ask for a room at the back of the hotel - the street noise could be excessive if you are a light sleeper.
Good location, good price. Breakfast was not very good. There were busloads of families and children staying and attending a local swim meet. They made an absolute mess of the breakfast area. The food offerings were not very good. I mean, who serves baked beans with scrambled eggs? Really?
Rooms were clean and set up nice. Also bed was very comfy and good bath products.m Stayed on the second floor so felt like the trucks outside were right under us. Could hear people in the next room too clearly
