There is also a cover for the couch for your use which is easily laundered in the washer/dryer. Maximum comfortable occupancy is 4 but permitted to 6 (owner discretion). There are no refunds for cancellation and "cancel for any reason trip insurance is recommended. Please don't ask us to discount as we have a policy not to discount in fairness to our return guests and those who reserve early and pay the full rate and associated fees. Our week runs from Saturday to Saturday during July and August but is more flexible the other months we are open with a three-night minimum. We NEVER rent for just one night and only rent for full weeks during July and August unless we have VERY last-minute availability. Please note: our pet fee is per dog per night so if you are bringing more than one dog you will be invoiced for any additional dogs since VRBO doesn't have a way to select the number of dogs coming. Our TVs are Firestick and Roku. You are not allowed to download any movies or apps that have a fee unless the fee is charged to your account. We offer DOG-FRIENDLY ONLY (sorry, no cats due to allergies, no birds, reptiles, snakes, monkeys, miniature ponies, pigs, etc) accommodations for approved dogs (pet fee per night/per dog applies)!!! During the season pets are welcome on the beach before 9:30 AM and after 5:30 PM. We are the ONLY beach town in Delaware that does allow dogs on the beach in summer. We will provide a copy of our pet rules. Dogs must have a Dewey Beach dog license which may be purchased at the town hall at 105 Rodney Ave. 9. Being able to take an easy stroll to the beach with no roads to cross makes this perfect for families with older guests or small children for lunchtime, nap time, or bathroom breaks. 10. We have a lifeguard on the beach at the end of our street and you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach by the day or week. Disable beach wheelchairs are available free of charge from our lifeguards. 11. We are conveniently located to walk to all of Dewey Beach for dining and entertainment. 12. Now that Covid-19 is not as bad, our beds will again have our beachy comforter sets. You will need to bring your own linens and towels as we do not supply them. We have uploaded our new rental agreement. Since you are accepting this agreement by reserving it, please read it over carefully. Your safety is our main concern, and every effort is being made to make your stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. Linens, pillows, blankets, etc can be rented from Grand Rental Station in Rehoboth if you don't wish to bring them. We do recommend that "Cancel for any reason trip insurance" be purchased in the event your reservation needs to be canceled because we cannot insure your vacation. WHAT TO BRING: Dish Clothes, Dish Towels, paper products, trash bags, bath soap, bath towels, sheets, washcloths & toiletries. Please bring appropriately sized sheet sets. All the beds are queen size including the sleeper sofa. CLEANING: We take pride in offering a very clean nonsmoking apartment and appreciate your care to make sure it stays that way. We have cleaners come in after each guest leaves to make sure everything is ready for the next guest. You are expected to perform normal everyday cleaning, take out the trash, run the dishwasher, and put the clean dishes away. It is the responsibility of the GUESTS to make sure the apartment is left in the same condition as found. Additional cleaning will be charged additional fees. WIRELESS INTERNET is provided by an outside company and is free of charge. While this service is provided it is not guaranteed and we are not responsible should it not be available or for any problems that may occur from its use.
